What is a VIP ticket?
A VIP ticket is a premium ticket will allow you into the doll show one hour before regular guests, and during this hour you will be entitled to a range of offers and discounts that are not available to regular ticket holders.
You will also be able to get the pick of the show and be able to browse in a quieter environment.
As well as early entrance and sprcial promotions, on purchase of a full premium ticket you will also receive a top quality cloth "goodie bag" filled with lots of goodies, gifts and vouchers.
What is a VIP plus One?
You may bring one additional guest, (no goodiebag) for an extra £15.00. This is ideal for people bringing their less interested other halves or children who might not be interested in the contents of the bag, or means that two of you can come in and enjoy the Premium ticket benefits and share the contents of the bag!
Is there a Children's VIP option​?
Childrens VIP tickets can be purchased for £15. These include entry to the show at 9.30 and children get a gift and some sweets. Childrens VIP can be bought for children up to 12 only. Children may purchase a full VIP bag or be a plus one if they prefer.
A children's VIP ticket HAS to be bought alongside a full adult VIP ticket as we can no allow children under 12 to be unattended in the halls. If you buy a children's VIP ticket and no adult VIP ticket, your child may have the goodie bag but will have to enter the show at the same time as the general ticket holder.
Children's VIP tickets do not come with discounts or vouchers.

We do not offer discounts or concessions on early entry tickets.​
Occasionally we have a small number available at the door, these can be purchased up to 9.30am.
We will be doing registrations for early entry from 8.30am to 9.30am so everyone is set up to go into the halls by 9.30am for an entire hour of crowd free shopping!

You will be sent your VIP tickets via email. We advise you to save the QR codes to your apple wallet or take a screen shot in case reception is poor at the venue. We can always retrieve ticket information on our system by using your name so there is no need to worry if you can't find the tickets on the day! ​
When you arrive at the show venue please come to the entrance desk between 8.30 and 9.15 to register and collect your goodie bag and wristband.

VIP tickets are available in limited quantities.
​Tickets are non refundable, but they are fully transferable. If you sell or gift your ticket please contact us so we can update this on our database.
