Formal Dinner and Awards (Vendor Booking Page)!

Its time to put on your posh frock, and join us in some fine dining, awards ceremony and loads of fun!

On the Saturday evening (3rd July 2021) we will be holding our formal dinner and awards banquet!

AT 7.30 for 8pm serving we will be offering a 3 course dinner, and afterwards we will host an awards evening with presentations and also a raffle.

This will be a great opportunity for meeting and mingling and enjoying a fun evening with likeminded people!

You will be able to choose from four options for your meals, and we hope to cater for all tastes, however please make sure you let us know any particular food requirements or allergies that you may have!

Adult Menu

Starters, choice of:

  • Mushrooms cooked in cream and garlic

  • Tomato and roasted pepper soup

  • Chicken and ham terrine with house chutney and bread

  • Slithers of Galia melon with minted compote (vegan)


Mains choice of:

  • Slow cooked shoulder of lamb, spring onion mash, glazed carrots, cauliflower gratin, rosemary and red currant sauce

  • Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, pesto cream sauce, gratin potato, glazed carrots, green beans

  • Baked salmon, parsley cream sauce, crushed new potatoes, carrots and beans

  • Roast vegetable risotto (vegan)

Dessert, choice of:

  • Apple & Berry crumble with custard

  • Red velvet cheesecake

  • Eton mess

  • Chocolate & orange tart (vegan)


Children’s menus 


Starters, choice of:

  • Homemade garlic bread without cheese

  • Homemade garlic bread with cheese

  • Chilled melon and pineapple with fruit coulis


Mains, choice of:

  • Hand battered fish fillet

  • Beef burger in a toasted bun

  • Penne pasta with tomato and basil sauce

  • All served with a choice of chips, mash potato and peas, baked beans or salad


Desert, choice of:

  • Choice of two ice creams from vanilla, strawberry, chocolate or caramel

  • Warm chocolate brownie with cream or vanilla ice cream

  • Fresh fruit salad
