I discovered Reborn dolls back in 2006 and quickly decided that I wanted to pursue this art form. Although I do have a background in arts and crafts, nothing has ever fascinated me, or satisfied my creative need in quite the way that reborning does! I am continually striving to improve my skills, and use photographs of real babies for my inspiration.
Every one of my Reborn babies is individually created with a great deal of love, care and attention to detail to make them as beautiful and realistic as possible. Over the last few years I have regularly exhibited at Doll shows in this country and sold my reborn dolls to collectors all over the world from my website.
I have also made Reborn babies as props for Films and TV commercials. I am very proud that one of my Reborn dolls was chosen by the Victoria and Albert Museum to be part of The Power of Making exhibition.
After 10 years of making vinyl reborns, I have now decided to concentrate on Silicone Babies only, I really enjoy working with babies in this medium and have worked hard to improve my silicone painting skills over the last few years, I'm so proud to have been asked by some very talented sculptors to create their prototype babies.
