    Venue: Holiday Inn, PETERBOROUGH-WEST, THORPE WOOD, PETERBOROUGH, PE3 6SG, ENGLAND

    Included in booking fee:
    • Tables as booked, plus 2 chairs per booking, with more if required at no additional charge
    • Power for stand illumination, in some locations, please double check, please bring your own extension cables.
    • Listing on our high profile website
    • Full coverage of the show in Discover Dolls Magazine both before and after the event
    • Hospitality Pack
    • Listing in the show pocket guide

    DEPOSIT: Deposit payments are non refunadable. Balances are refundable only up to 4 weeks prior to the show.

    Any refunds will be subject to a 10% administative fee, regardless of the reason behind the cancellation.

    Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable) or you will be eligible for full payment.
    If you are unable to attend at the last minute, please contact us and let us know at the earliest convenience.

    CONFIRMATION: Confirmation of booking will be sent via email.

    The show plan and table numbers will not be available until nearer the time. Exhibitors will receive an email when the floor plans are finalised, prior to publication on the website.

    STAND POSITION: Position of stands is the responsibility of the organiser. We will take requests into account as far as possible, but can’t make any guarantees of location.

    RECEIPTS: The receipt for your payment will be available in your exhibitor hospitality pack on the day of the show. If you require a receipt before this, please contact us directly.

    COMMUNICATION: Communication will by email unless specified when booking.
